One of the better companies in this field that I've worked for. Has it's issues like any business in this field. The reality of this work is it can be a thankless job, and the medicaid rates in Oregon don't let you pay staff what they truly deserve which makes things difficult. The clients come first here though and that's impressed me more than anything else. Most of the upper management has worked in the homes with these clients before they came to their current positions so the clients are treated like family and client care is a big drive from the top down.
