        I was contacted by staff at the Willamette Office in Salem to donate plasma. I am AB+ and didn't realize that's 3% of the population. My first time donating plasma. Lucas was my phlebotomist and he was being certified on that day for the Plasma machine. My questions were answered in detail (as I wanted). Without any hitches or problems in the process I was done in just the amount of time anticipated. This was a VERY professional office during the entire time and across EVERY individual I met. I felt so comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend this office. I will be back because of this extremely positive experience. Bravo to all!
