Called to make an appointment using VRS as a Deaf person. They immediately hung up on me. Called back, got a response but no apology for the prior call. Not recommended.

They failed to mention that its CASH ONLY until AFTER we wasted hours waiting for our appointment Walk-ins Welcome according to the window; Instead we were scheduled to come back several hours later. Nobody wants to be the final client of the day - to pay for a rushed job! at least they told us CASH ONLY before starting on our nails, unlike the poor old lady who found out at the end of her appointment. She was in pain during her rush-job appointment, too. Kept saying ow, ow, youre hurting me, ow yikes!

I've been a regular customer at Expert Nails for about a decade, receiving 2 services: Solar Nail Fill & a Spa Pedicure. They feature the long-wearing, gel-type colors.
