It is okay. They prefer appointments. For $95 I expect everything from hot stones to wax and scrub. I got the basic manicure and pedicure with none of the perks. They did a good job, but next time I will request full quality features.

This is my favorite nail place in town. I usually get great results from here. Today... not so much. I was very clear about the services I wanted: toes, hands and eyebrow wax. I said it a couple times to a few different people. My beautiful missed it somehow, and I think that was because of the language barrier. Several times she had to get another employee to translate that the color I picked out myself by hand was the one I wanted, or that the picture I showed her of desired nail shape was in fact the shape I wanted. In the end, the paint and shape of my nails was sloppy (see pics). Normally this is the best spot. Today was not a great day for them.

I was not overly impressed with the pedicure I got here. The chair was uncomfortable, the water was too hot at first, and my nail technician carried on a nonstop conversation in Laos the entire time he was doing my feet. Im not bilingual so I didnt know what he was saying and felt as if he rushed through my pedicure. My feet still had areas that needed buffing and the polish wasnt applied well. For the price I paid, I expect to feel pampered and I definitely did not leave with that feeling. Nor with a good quality of work done. I wouldnt recommend this place for a pedicure. I have had a manicure done here once and was very happy with that.
