        Derick was very helpful. I knew nothing about buying a house and somehow everything that needed to be done got done. What else can you really ask for. He also helped get a good interest rate. I could not recommend VIP Mortgage anymore then I do

They were able to get us qualified quickly. It went very smoothly even though my husband is self employed. I always recommend JD to anyone looking for a mortgage or refinancing.
