I recently used Wes to shop/secure a loan. I am not a first time homebuyer, but this was the first time that I used a mortgage broker instead of going directly to the bank like I did the last time. I chose Wes on a recommendation and I was not disappointed. He always responded to my questions promptly and he was always ahead of the game in terms of making sure the underwriter had all the necessary paperwork. He was so efficient that when we asked to move up our closing date by a full week that it was not a problem. I also used a VA loan and he knew all the VA specific paperwork needed for that too.

Wes is and was absolutely incredible throughout our entire experience. Very knowledgeable and answered all our questions that came up. Covered every little thing with us and made sure we were getting the very best. We couldn't have done this without him and because of him, we now own our first home!

Weston was very professional and prompt with all responses! He helped walk us through a renovation loan process as first time home buyers, and answered any of our questions along the way. Even though this loan and home didnt work out for us this time, hes made it clear hes still there for us if in the future we find a house that suits us! Definitely would recommend!
