Chase explained everything and even took time to help calm down my anxiety as we were waiting for special exceptions to be approved. Both Morgan and Chase were extremely helpful. Morgan was my point person for my first-time home buyer purchase, and took the time to explain everything, and answer all of my questions. She was also extremely communicative with my real estate agent and the title company officer, which they appreciated. I'd recommend them to anyone!
