My wife and I had been looking to meet with a mortgage lender for a while, but due to busy schedules and the fact that we thought we needed to meet in person, we kept putting it off. I reached out to Walt via Facebook Messenger after seeing one of his Facebook posts, and he scheduled a video-chat meeting with us within one week so that we did not need to carve out a ton of time from our schedule. Walt and his team worked hard to answer our questions and keep us informed about the mortgage loan process. All of the paperwork with them was electronic, so getting our documentation in and signed was simple. Walt worked tirelessly to help us find the right loan for our budget, and he knows that the mortgage lending process is only one part of the larger home buying experience. He maintains professional contacts related to everything a homeowner needs to know and do, and he strives to build a long-term relationship rather than a "pit stop" in the homebuying experience. Not only did I learn about how to get the right mortgage loan, I also learned what a well-oiled professional team can do.
