Jodie was amazing to work with from the first day we met her. She came prepared to our initial conversation with comps for other houses in our area, she was confident in her abilities, she provided clear instructions for what wed need to do to the house in order to be successful, she was patient in navigating around the needs of our dogs, and she 100% delivered on everything we hoped to achieve in selling our house. She coordinated the open house for a weekend that wed be gone, helped us successfully navigate the full-price offer that we received, and provided effective advice through the entire process. What an amazing realtor Jodie has been. Due to relocation, I had to place my beautiful home on the market last summer.
