Brian is truly a gem of a realtor. I had the pleasure of having him as my agent to buy my first home. Throughout the whole process I always felt he was looking out for me, he was always informative, open, honest and patient with me. He always made sure that I understood certain processes and procedures. Any property I wanted to look at he was always willing to do more research on and drive to it no matter how far. You can tell Brian knows what hes doing, he has many many many years of experience and thats exactly what you want as you buy a home. He always asked me if I have any questions and always explained thoroughly. Brian is all for his clients and is a joy to have in your corner!

According to his resume, Brian Smith has been a licensed agent for 30 years. After listing my home for sale with Brian, and the subsequent sale of that home, I have become a firm believer in the adage that there is no substitute for experience The first time we met I was amazed at how much education on the art of selling a home I received from Brian. For example, on the issue of the bids I might receive on the property, and how to evaluate them, I had simply assumed that the highest bid would be the best. During the sale I ran every decision I was asked to make by Brian and was guided by his experience and expertise. Brian was also very hands on with the house from the time the sale was advertised as coming soon until the sale closed. I dont know how many times he visited the house to check thar work had been completed (cleaning, and installation of smoke detectors and carbon monoxide monitors, for example). When neighbors alerted me to the fact my sprinklers had been turned off, he made a trip to the house to take pictures to send me of the damage to the lawn and flower beds. The most amazing part of this sale is that the property spent about a week on the market, sold very rapidly, and for a fair price. You cant ask for a better result than that!

Brian Smith Has done an excellent job selling our home he has gone out of his way to keep us informed on what was taking place as he worked with a sellers broker that was less than professional. Brian was able to get thing done in a very professional way. I would recommend him and if needed hire again. Great Real Estate Broker

There are not enough words to express how grateful we are to have worked with Brian Smith. I can say, with all honesty, he was the missing puzzle piece to our puzzle. Obviously, we had been extremely excited to look for a home but we were also very nervous and overwhelmed, as one might expect. We had a short time frame to find a home as well, less than 2 months, which only added to the anxiousness. We had met with a couple other realtors before we found Brian and we just never felt like we were in good hands, to put politely. Within minutes of meeting Brian we knew wed found the right guy. We instantly felt at ease around him. He was super friendly, professional, and so very knowledgeable. He wasnt just a realtor, he was a teacher and a dang good one at that. We learned so much from him. He was also always straight forward with us, which meant so much to us. In such a hectic market, having someone on our side who we could trust to help us navigate it and help us find our dream home, I just couldnt imagine anyone other than Brian. Hes the absolute best!
