        Awesome customer service, Teresa went above and beyond. The entire staff is helpful and relatable. The selection is limited, but I found some great pants at reasonable prices and high quality. They even referred me to an alteration person. Will go back for more shopping and for actual customer service.

        Im a huge Nordstrom gal and Im so happy to have them back in Salem. Im happy to not have to drive up to Washington Square. Today though, I just wanted to share that I had an amazing experience with my Cashier, Susana S. (Name from receipt). She was so friendly and even grabbed the Store Manager when I had a question. Both Susana and the store manager were so kind. The store was clean, inventory was ok but the customer service is what I really applaud! I will definitely be back!
