Oregon Integrated Health - Primary Care Providers

The nation is dealing with a mental health epidemic and these folks thinks it's a good idea to wait weeks to refill a prescription. When you call, you're only option is to leave a message but they never call you back. When you go in, they say no one is in to help you with questions. It's disgusting that they believe they are helping with mental health but let you go a week without a refill let a lone a return call.

I do not recommend this place. The doctors allowed the phlebotomist to injure me and the phlebotomist put the needle all the way in my arm causing me vein and nerve damage. After I reported the injury my appointments kept getting canceled and my ADA Accessible Accomodation and Civil Rights were violated because Oregon Integrated Health refused to accomodate my disability which violates my Civil Rights. PacificSource told Vanessa PA the clinics owner and Oregon Integrated Health Dawn Brockett PA that they violated my Civil Rights. The insurance company told the office manager Pamela Pressly that she violated my Civil Rights too. I was refused medical care for my injury that Oregon Integrated Health allowed to happen to me. Oregon Integrated Health told me and my friend that they cared more about thier collegial relationship with the phlebotomist than me thier patient and the injury that I sustained. I had to make a police report because I was menaced by the Secretary and phlebotomist who injured me. I was denied medical care, medication and treatment for my injury. I have been told that I have a law suit. The staff doesn't return e-mails, or phone calls to me or my insurance company. Additionally Vanessa Esteves PA lied about me and slandered me. I am going to do everything in my power to stop Oregon Integrated Health from injuring others and take legal action against them. If you care about your family's health and your children's well-being I wouldn't go to this clinic. I don't know how Vanessa Esteves graduated because she is an unethical doctor PA. The whole clinic is toxic. I hope my post helps other's and saves lives.

My daughters went for their 1st appointments Thursday Jan 25th my oldest is on 3 medications I've now left 2 messages my gf a 3rd and Noone calls back and I fear my daughter may have a set back or complications now that she's been without her meds for 7 days tommrow morning because we moved here in September and their medical changed so now having to call just to hear a voice-mail every time and Noone calling back has me concerned with not only my daughters health and life style but how they run there office after such a great first visit. Willing to move my star rating up if someone can call.

We have had 4 appts cancelled the morning of. The girls at the front are very nice, I know it's not their fault, but my dad's Rxs have been late twice now because of it. Their practice seems unethical

They are impossible to get ahold of. I needed a note from my appointment and have called in over a dozen times with no luck. You never speak with a real person and when you leave a voicemail, they never return your calls. This facility needs serious work.
