Salem Health Medical Clinic – Edgewater

My nurse Debbie Baca-Dietz was NEVER in office. always scheduled appointments about 1-2 months ahead. i would request days off or request to get out of work early just for them to call me that SAME day and inform me that she is not in office. rescheduled / canceled about 7 appointments in less than a year.

I was trying to get an appointment with someone at a orthopedics surgeons place in regards to my really bad pain in my hand only to have to choose to cancel a nurse visit or get my hand seen and helped really bs if you ask me

I am an established patient at Salem Clinic - which is not Salem Health apparently - however, when I went to MyChart to make an appointment, it allowed me to choose the Edgewater location, and being closer to my house I opted for that. I called into work to be seen the following day and then 30 minutes before the appointment I get a call being advised I'm not a patient there and can't be seen. Now I not only do not get the appointment to address my issue but also miss work with no doctor's note. Maybe a technical glitch but a huge inconvenience.

You have a far better chance at dying than going to this drs office truly; Worst customer service And apparently drs have a time limit regardless of what's going on with each patient this is healthcare NOT fast food
