I came in after an accident and they helped me a lot. Dr. Michael is a very good chiropractor! He makes the best adjustments! The massages are very good and very helpful!

I came in after a car accident and they helped me sign up for massages and for adjustments. The massages are great and helped me a lot. Dr. Michael makes the best adjustments that actually help the pain to go away. The people at the front desk are also very nice!

Love this place. The clinic is nice and clean, and the staff is super nice. The treatment I got today - it was an awesome experience. Dr. Michael, he is so knowledgeable and provided me with great services. Massage Therapist is super friendly and provided the best massage. I didn't know a lot about chiropractic services. Dr. Michael was able to explain everything, and now it made everything easy to understand how everything works. Everyone must go and check up with a chiropractor. I highly recommend this clinic. Loved everything here. Thank you, doctor, for being here for us!

In the beginning it seemed that I was getting good care and the staff was friendly. Over the past several months this broke down. Before they changed locations I was told that when they moved they might stop doing the billing for insurance, but that if they did go that route, patients could receive the proper paperwork and submit it for reimbursement. After three appointments in the new location I requested the proper paperwork and was initially given transaction receipts. I had to make several phone calls to get the proper documentation. Then I was given chart notes which were inaccurate and must have belonged to another patient. After a few more phone calls and several emails I was given a health insurance claim form that was not properly filled out. My insurance rejected it saying that what was on it were not actual CPT codes. More phone calls. Eventually I was told that if I wanted the CPT codes I would have to PAY THEM to take the time to get them for me. I was treated poorly on the last call as if I was an inconvenience. I have never had this happen with any provider in my adult life. In a separate situation I was told that they would have me sign a form to get ahold of some x-rays. I inquired several times to check and see if they had arrived. I was told they would look into it. I followed up and each time was told they would check into it. As far as I know the x-rays never showed up. It seems like there are some big logistical gaps here and patients should not be put in a position of having to spend so much time trying to get them straightened out.
