        I find it completely unacceptable that the new child psychiatrist, for the Salem area, only does virtual visits. How can you possibly get to know and take care of a child's mental health if you've never actually met them? They are supposed to be experts in human behavior, but have become glorified medicine dispensers. Even if I drove to Portland, my child would still wait months to see someone. Enough with trying to do everything virtual Kaiser! Sometimes we need to see real people in person! Kaiser your mental health services leave a lot to be desired. I have better luck getting into the DMV than into Kaiser's mental health.
