When I get a job and Kaiser is the health insurance option I get immediate anxiety. I feel SO gaslit by the doctors here. I feel failed. I feel frowned upon. They dont take you serious cause they have a degree so they CLEARLY know better. Salem clinic doctors however take the time to HEAR you and try to understand. They are KIND in their difference in opinion. Kaiser doctors do NOT. Dr Delgado has given me HORRIBLE experiences and I dread the way she makes me feel about myself. Such an un-empathetic human. I said EMPATHY not sympathy. UNDERSTAND what Im saying. HEAR me. And be KIND when you medical opinion is different from my knowledge of myself. Id literally rather die than come here at this point

Everyone is so nice and goes above and beyond what they should be doing. Seems like everyone actually wants to be there and work together to help people feel better. Great job guys, I'm glad to be back here at Kaiser Permanente getting the help and care I need. Thank you. And a nurse gave me a pikachu for my crocs!! So sweet

It's pretty bad when you have to give a non medical call taker your entire history before you can talk with an advice nurse. It should be Name, health record #, short verification and general reason for calling. Is there no privacy in today's world.
