Hi Joseph,We're sorry you feel like we made an error in regards to the chain you purchased from us. You came in and requested a 16" chain for a MS 194T, which you were given - that saw, in the 16" version, comes standard with a 3/8 picco, 0.043 guage, 55 drive link chain - in Stihl's numbering system that would be a 61Pmm3 55.When you returned, stating we got you the wrong chain, you verified you had requested a chain for a 16" on a MS 194T, but then stated it was also for the MS 201T. The standard 16" chain that comes on a MS 201T is a 3/8 picco, 0.050 guage, with 55 drive links. In Stihl's numbering system, the specific chain is listed as a 63PS 55, as replacements for that chain, we carry the 63PM 55, which has a semi-chisel shaped cutting head, which tends to hold it's sharpness just a little better over than the 63PS chain, which is a full chisel shaped head. We were not trying to argue anything with you, but merely educate you on the difference in the chains, so the next time you could request the correct chain and we could provide it the first time through. We even tried to show you the difference in the chains between the 61Pmm3 and the 63pm - the 61pmm3 is a reduced kickback risk chain, which has the doubled rakers that you didn't want.You seemed quite irritated when you had to come back to get the correct chain, so we waived the $2 difference in the cost of the chains, and wished you a nice day.
