Adams Exterior Maintenance

Adams Exterior Maintenance did an outstanding job on our nasty, mossy roofs. These were steep pitch, moss caked, and fir needle packed roofs on our house and shop. They look so much better! I wish we had done it sooner but at least now I know who to call. Thank you Adam and crew. I would highly recommend you.

-We have hired Adam and crew a few times now to help with our yard and clean the gutters and solar panels at the end of the year. The job gets completed in a short time and for a good price considering how hard they work. -So glad we found Adam. He showed up early with two helpers and managed to get all the work and clean up done in under four hours. They cleaned the gutters and solar panel, trimmed some unruly hedges, fixed the fence gate and left everything looking so much better! Services: General repairs, Gutter cleaning, Roof cleaning

waiting weeks to hear back when the job I paid for will be corrected and completed.  Have sent numerous messages and no response. The crew had no feeling for my property, tore out rose bushes and perennial plants. Read reviews before I hired service and it looked good, looks can be deceiving.  Next step is to go to CCB

Adam reached out to me to schedule our yearly Christmas lights. I asked for 2022 pricing and he said same as last year. I confirmed the amount the day before he was to show and I got a "oh" and then he didn't show. I reached back out for a new date. Took days before he told me a new date. Guess what? He didn't show again. Stopped responding to all my messages. I reached out via text (he didn't know it was my number), and he responded right away. Once I told him who I was and he bailed on me twice, He said his messenger was down. He came out a few days later. When it was time to pay, he told us it was higher than what it was last year because prices went up. However, he already told me it was the same price as last year. My husband told him no, we budgeted last years pricing. As a result, my husband agreed to not have him come back to remove the lights that was part of the price. Now we have to pay someone else to come take them down. They left the yard covered in broken plastic light hanging pieces and his business card in the driveway. We don't intend on having him or his company come back. Be careful when hiring them.
