Just a heads up I was delivering in that area today and while taking my lunch break in the vacant lot next door I saw two corgis running around the parking lot one of which was a puppy both were being harassed by homeless people and the puppy was chased around the lot and even in your backyard (after I had come to the door to let you know your dogs were out and in danger and you didnt come out even after saying they were your dogs..) the lady was eventually able to get walk away towards the bus stop where she and the dog then disappeared. She was wearing grey sweatpants and a black parka coat with faux fur on the hood and a white shirt underneath. Just wanted you to have a description of the person once you realize your dog is missing.
