Bill McNutt is the best. He goes the extra mile when you have a claim, and he is SO good at calmly putting things in perspective when you are upset. I recommend him without reservation. Thanks, Bill, for always being there for us.

Let me start by saying if I could give Zero Stars I absolutely would. William McNutt has been our agent for close to 8 years, and in that time he has shown a level of care that is not only dishonorable but downright despicable. William McNutt does not care about his clients, instead only the money he makes off of them. On more than one occasion there were discrepancies in my monthly bill, when I called to ask why my monthly bill had increased so significantly, with no changes to my plan I was informed that "He didn't know why the bill had increased, but he would look into it for me". After weeks of being run around and deceived by William McNutt I finally made the decision to cancel my policy. Even after I cancelled my policy with William, he found a way to yet again create fraudulent charges on my account for services NOT provided. After charging me for "time used" a number of days after my policy was to be completely cancelled, he did not even send out a bill informing me that I owed additional money. Instead he sent the account directly to collections. the total amount in question was $83.21. I have paid this man TENS of thousands of dollars over the many years we endured his "service" to be treated like this, I have never had an account go to collections, and would have gladly taken care of the problem had I been made aware. Now thanks to this mans lack of care and general ability to provide customer service to his clients my credit will suffer from his selfishness and greed. Please heed my advice and stay as far way from this crook as possible. Please save your self the time, energy and sanity by NOT allowing this man and his associates to steal money and irreplaceable time from you. This man truly is a scam artist, who is only out to make himself money, at your expense. BEWARE
