Bill takes the time to be personable and show his concerns. He is quick to be available and gives you the time necessary to get things taken care of. He takes the time to get to know you and obviously cares a great deal about his clients and work. At a time when my husband and I felt we couldn't get affordable insurance, Bill was our man. He has continued to show care and kindness and is quick to reduce our rates whenever possible. I highly recommend this office for your insurance needs and consider this location and the services they provide to be very trustworthy and accountable.

Very poor customer service, I am not even insured with Allstate and after my encounter I never will be. Office manager Debi down talked boss while he was not around, and when I gave info needed for there insured driver I am buying vehicle from she still wanted more and more and couldnt understand why I didnt have title in my name yet. Follow this with false accusations and harassment even after I asked her to talk to her insured for any more info I get a email back stating sorry youre so bitter.. have a nice life wow this is not how you run a business!
