My mother passed while in WVH care and I cant speak enough to the difference you all made in my life and hers. Thank you especially to to caring nurses who showed unbelievable compassion, wisdom and tenderness.

The staff are patronizing and fake. They stole my last chance to see a good friend, all while calling me honey and darlin' with a relishing smile on their face. Just devastating and maddening beyond words! I will never step foot in there again and I will tell everyone I know to stay away. I asked them to go tell my friend I was there for a short visit and they wouldn't. All they had to do was tell them and I am absolutely positive they would've wanted to see me! But they got all uppity and patronizing and basically showed me the door. All because I got mistakenly forgotten on the list of visitors allowed. I am hurt. I am also enraged! Why don't people know how to be human anymore??

Willamette Vital Health staff assisted me every step of the way with the hospice care of my husband of 50 years this past Fall, 2023. They were available day or night, providing hands on or telephone advice whenever needed. The care was timely, high quality, and professional. I cannot praise this company enough and I would and do recommend them highly to anyone in need of hospice support. Equipment needed such as a hospital bed, bedside table, bed rails, commode, and wheelchair were provided and installed prior to my husband's discharge. A nurse was at our home to greet us as the transport team delivered him safely and compassionately back home. Medications were delivered to our home, nurses and social workers visited regularly, and spiritual advisers called to assist. The on call nurse arrived at my door at 2 AM on my husband's last night to provide much needed compassionate care and council. Thank you, Willamette Vital Health.

I may be biased because I work here but I can say with confidence that this company is honest, loyal, and trustworthy. When you work for them they notice when you go above and beyond and your hard work will pay off. When youre a patient, there is not black and white- each one is unique and special and will be treated as such. They do not discriminate and everyone is accepted as they are! Great company all around and I am so proud to work for this amazing company.
