This company seems to repeatedly be doing everything they can to get you money. In dishonest and secretive ways. I was told if I signed up for my CPAP supplies to arrive on a schedule it would be IF insurance covered it. When I was billed a significant amount without having received supplies yet, I reached out to cancel the order. Apparently insurance did not cover it, but Apria still continued with an order. When I called and tried online to get this canceled I was told I had to have a special code for logging in that I was NEVER given. It was apparently a code I would only receive in the mail on a paper copy of my bill. I was hung up on twice by Apria employees as I tried to understand what was happening and why I was unable to cancel the recurring order. I was told I had a zero dollar balance on their end yet I keep receiving bills and my card continues to be charged when I dont want it to be. There are multiple other interactions over phone, email, and in person with apria and each one was unhelpful and intense. Even their in person appointment location was a warehouse and the office was very uncomfortable and creepy situation.

originally signed up for quarterly supplies but only if insurance was covering it. Instead, it was being sent MONTHLY and it wasnt covered by insurance. We reached out in January to cancel and yet the shipments kept coming that we didnt want. I called today to try to settle what we owe to be done with it and apparently an April shipment is now being sent as well so our costs are even higher for something we did not want from the beginning and felt tricked in to. We will warn people to stay away so they dont get trapped.

I have sleep apnea and require timely mailings of accessories for my machine. My medical insurance changed in January and I was unable to receive supplies from another company which had serviced me for nearly 5 years. I was under a lot of stress anticipating duress in receiving my supplies (particularly since I had moved right in the middle of my first order from APRIA). But their personnel jumped right in; giving me good instructions on medical information required and altering their mailing data. Lisha and Tina quickly got me squared away and I received everything sooner than I expected. Thanks so much. Looking forward to continued good service.
