        Cynthia was friendly/helpful getting me checked in and flexible with making my next appointment. Tiffany made me feel comfortable taking the test including explaining very clearly everything she was doing. At the end of the test she also clearly explained the results and Tiffany did her best to see what options I had for the next level hearing aids I wanted. I ended up choosing the rechargeable hearing aids..A first for me! Thanks so much Tiffany for going above and beyond on that.
