On 04/16/23 I went to the Costco Hearing Center at their Salem Oregon location. My Rexton hearing aids werent charging so I asked about purchasing a new replacement cord for the charger. Marilyn assisted me and agreed about the cord, but looked all around and said theyd have to order it. I thanked her and left disappointed because without my hearing aids Im at such a loss. About 45mins to an hour later, here came Marilyn down the aisle and said there you are Ive been looking for you everywhere, I found a cord! I was so excited I couldnt believe how blessed I was.
Marilyn went above and beyond my expectations and this new location will now be my home store!!! Thank you,

Everyone told us to go to Costco!! They also said go to Wilsonville for faster service. I stayed with the Salem location.
This was a new experience for me and everyone so thoughtful and knowledgeable. Made me feel comfortable and have been terrific and exceedingly patient!
