I had heard this was a good place to get your window fixed so I gave them a call and told them what i needed. I sent a pic and got the details lined up. I had the window dropped off and the person I conversed with wasn't there. Was told that the time I was given was wrong, the price I was told may not be right and asked to leave the window for measuring. Hours later after having not gotten a call, I check in and ask what's up. They tell me a long story about who is doing what today and why without explaining why none of the info I was given is correct. I told them this wasn't very confidence inspiring, and they told me I could just pick up my window. I guess they don't like being questioned when the price or time or anything else changes. Probably for the best ...
