For those people looking to get their feet wet in the pellet smoker game this is the place to do it. Please come into it with the willingness to learn and be adaptable because this is a very rapidly changing place. A majority of people walk through these doors with the notion this is just another call center but we promote a dynamic team of technical experts eager to help our customer base with making sure their products are running properly. This is not a customer service role as this is not a service based company, there is no worse idea to think this is going to be answering the phone to listen to people complain, these are real people with real technical issues that need your help to cook for their friends and families. To the public, this is our function and thinking otherwise is going to make your experience and ours very difficult as anything else will make for frustration because we do not have the access or resources to accommodate these requests.

I applied to work here a few months back. I'm super happy I got a generic email with no info back saying I didn't get the job. No explanation or information otherwise. No biggie.. Literally since then I have heard nothing but terrible things about the way they treat employees and conduct business. Now I have an incredible job I love that takes care of their employees and has a solid business play. Shows sometimes doors close and super sunny windows open. I don't see this business being very successful unless they change things the way they do things. Good luck.
