Staff is extremely unprofessional, I called and requested a supervisor after the receptionist refused to give me information I was told BY THEIR STAFF to call back about- I got hung up on as soon as I asked for a supervisor, called back 3 more times to get transferred again back to the SAME receptionist, who gave a pathetic excuse about the supervisors calls being sent to her line pretty convenient. Additionally my daughter went in for get her shots and was told they werent diluted and she would have to come back. They are refusing to share information with me regarding my daughters appointments so that I may share that information with her school as she was expelled for non vaccination compliance and Ive been TRYING like hell to work with her school to get her back in- now I cant update them as they asked because after already releasing information TO ME about my daughter and her vaccines, TO GET HER BACK IN SCHOOL, now they are claiming they will not share information about MY CHILDS HEALTH when I ask for a vaccination chart update for the school. Either the law was broken prior when I was given info about my daughter that I actively care for and receive every other week, or the ORS 107.154 stating BOTH PARENTS 50/50 or not get equal rights to consult with, and receive medical records to the exact same extent as the CUSTODIAL parent is being broken now. Even if it was every other weekend that I had her- it would apply that I am to receive her medical history, vaccine charts etc. I will be bringing the law enforcement into this situation and take this to court. As a member of cherokee tribe this we're I go but the staff shortages. Not to add the long wait list but you should . Call ihn as well as your tribe to make a comfortable complaint. I finally got someone to call me.after 6 month of we're call you back . I feel the native clinic could use more support. Pay rase and the staff it need to care for all native the 43 tribes need to come to gather a build a hospital cancer treatment and more

Renovated facility. Chronic staff shortages hinder their mission of providing timely care for members of Federally recognized tribal members & the students for about 8 months of the year. General medicine & referrals to specialists. They provide urgent & wellness care, a pharmacy, dental, vision, laboratory, and mental health. Friendly staff in all departments.
