Id never thought Id say WOW about a dentist office but WOW!! Every single employee was amazing and extremely nice!!! The work they did was great my teeth feel great! I truly appreciate this place

She was my dentist for a few years back when I lived in West Salem - excellent dentist/staff. I live in McMinnville now, and my current dentist is in Newberg, but I might reconsider going back to Riverbend, as though I think my current dentist and her staff are as good as Dr. Aldrich's', my current dentist is not open on Mondays, which kind of limits me to only Tuesdays for appts.

I recently had a perio maintenance done by a hygienist, I believe her name was Melody. It was the worst experience I have ever had at a dental office. She sped through it in about 30 minutes when it should have been closer to an hour. She hurt my gums the entire time, and the cleaning was not thoroughly done. The last time I had a regular prophylaxis done and my cleaning was more thorough. My teeth were noticeably cleaner after my last cleaning, but not this time. I am seriously considering changing offices now.
