        Lived here for one year, lived above an avid smoker while the property boasts "no smoking." Cleaned the entire apartment only to find out they charged $350 for cleaning fee plus $150 for carpet cleaning after we moved out AND they never were able to give me footage of who ran into my car in the covered parking area, so now I have a dented car. Say goodbye to your security deposits and getting anyone to contact you in a timely manner about anything. They will say that the pressure washing is happening on Thursday when it actually happens on Tuesday and your things get all wet. Your neighbors will complain about the way you park within your own parking space. I have never had so many issues living anywhere in Oregon OR Texas apartments like I had at this place.
