I come here all the time.. I live in the area. Today I ran out of coffee at home and decided to just go to ampm to get some. I wanted some hot coffee and there wasn't ANY creamer at the kiosk other than a flavor I didn't want. Asked the clerk (red head, female) if they were out and she asked "which one?" and I said well none of them are working.. SHE LITERALLY JUST SHRUGGED HER SHOULDERS AND SAID NOTHING... like she was only hired to hold up the counter not help customers.. I'll avoid coming in if she's holding up the counter from now on I'd hate to trouble her with any actual work.

I live in Salem for 41 years now. I have frequented the Arco ampm gas station and convenience store on market Street and commercial all my life. Majority of the staff there is kind, caring and non-judgmental. But for one exception there is a gentleman there that is a horrible person and every single time I have gone there he has asked me to leave only on the reason that I sit in my truck too long. I work nights and I also have health problems. They cause me to be very tired and move slow. Today as I do every day I pull in change. My shoes look for my sweatshirt and my phone was dead so I was waiting for it to turn on. I don't see a problem with sitting in my truck. Waiting for maybe 20 minutes at most. He will proceed to send another person over to tell me that I have to leave. I will proceed to ask why and that person will say I don't know I am just the messenger. I go into that store maybe two to three times a day during the weekdays. Today he would not let me in the store for no reason. He is cruel to me and judgmental gives me no reason other than I am sitting in my truck for too long and that's why I cannot enter the store. This man needs to be fired immediately. I have never been so embarrassed and treated so horribly in all my life. It is the most horrible customer service and the most awful way to treat a person.
