BEWARE! ABRs "contractors" seem to have little knowledge of how a professional renovation project should go. My company hired them in effort to renovate 2 properties and both sites have had ongoing issues with this company and its affiliates since day 1. There has been little to no communication regarding any project start or end dates causing widespread confusion and issues among our customers. The new unit numbers and door handles that were installed are either falling off or were installed in the wrong spots and have yet to be corrected (its been a month since installation). There was minimal prep work done. Both facilities had to be painted TWICE due to the contractor not ordering the correct paint color (even after he was advised on multiple occasions that it was wrong), not to mention the painters got paint over spray on 10+ customer vehicles, threw all of their smaller garbage items on our roofs, and filled our dumpster with hazardous waste time after time, even after being asked not too. They hired strangers off craigslist to help them work and they stole our personal property off our back porch. We are beyond fed up and we are hoping our corporate office heads our warning and chooses to have any future projects completed by REAL professionals.
