What an amazing job that they did on my kitchen. It was way less stressful than i thought and the design was amazing. We were only put out of our kitchen for two days. Even though the actual job took awhile we just lived with what was going on. We are so grateful to Golden rule remodeling for brightening up my kitchen and doing a great job from start to finish. I totally recommend them for whatever job you have.

We are so happy and excited to have two beautiful functional bathrooms! After collecting quotes from local Salem Oregon remodeling companies, we decided to put our trust and money in Golden Rule. We were not disappointed. My husband and I finally decided to remodel our two bathrooms, the hall guest bathroom and the primary bathroom in the master bedroom and replace the flooring in our 1400+ square foot ranch style home. In March 2023, we hired Golden Rule to design the layout, and by May 2023 the contract was signed. In September 2023, the demolition started and by the end of November 2023 we had two beautiful functional bathrooms. As the homeowners, we had a lot of work to do in preparing for the first day of construction, which was the demolition. This was exciting and stressful at the same time. We knew up front that we had to be flexible and open minded...., go with the flow. Otherwise, we'd go bat crazy mad. So, to be clear, this process wasn't all smooth sailing, there were minimal changes and slight scheduling adjustments. But in the end, we were ecstatically excited and so very grateful to Golden Rule. From the start, Troy spoke about the importance of communication. This is so true. Each morning and afternoon, we had face-to-face contact with our contractors Carl or Wayne, letting us know what, when and how each step of the process was to take place. We never felt abandoned. There was a continuous flow of men and women in our home every day working hard on the plumbing, tiling, flooring, electrical, cabinetry, dry wall, and painting. Every contractor and sub-contractor walking into our home was courteous and respectful to us and our property. We want to thank Troy for his no-pressure sales, Jullian for her incite on the architectural design of the two bathrooms, one which had to have a larger footprint, Heather for her knowledge in interior design, and most importantly contractors Carl and Wayne who took apart and put back together our home. It is without doubt that Carl and Wayne were a big part of Golden Rules success because they have so much talent and knowledge. They are truly experts in home remodeling. A big shout out to Wayne who is so patient, so kind, so generous, and a very, very skilled tradesmen. Wayne made quite an impression on my family who visited several times to view his workmanship and he was always so patient with their interruptions. We highly recommend the Golden Rule to family, friends, and neighbors.
