I see happy residents. The residents enjoy Church every Wednesday afternoon. They enjoy entertainment. They did not have any of these things during Covid. Residents have said they enjoy being able to go shopping, listening to good music from the entertainment and the Horse races that have been happening. Overall, they are HAPPY and have friends they can talk to and enjoy each other's company while doing Activities or just visiting. I LOVE seeing there HAPPY faces every day. I LOVE my job. Everyone is great to work with. ALL residents and there families are like family.

The turn over rate is terrible, theres SO many call outs and co workers not wanting to work. Nobody wants to work as a team. There was constant bullying and favoritism from managers/medtechs. Lack of compassion for residents. Most workers were not keeping it professional and would gossip with residents. Activity director Gayle is not creative at all with the activities & does not schedule rides on time for residents. Cheryl bullies every worker there as well as the residents and yells at them, she is terrible as a medtech and caregiver. She is an unpleasant person. She is awful to coworkers and residents. Her work ethic is unsuitable. The food is bad, residents complain at almost every meal. The building smells, its not properly taken care of, theres been multiple leaks in the ceiling that dont get taken care of for months on end. DO NOT take your loved ones to live at Regency Woodland unless you want them unhappy.
