Maintenance guy doesnt do his job. Have requested maintenance multiple times and still have not received any assistance. Manager has changed way too many times.

Management took over 4months to fix my dryer and the maintenance guy is very rude. Have had very unpleasant experiences here. Management always gets changed constantly.

Living here is like living in Hell. Management has changed twice in a year and still is very slow and disrespectful. I would never recommend living here.

Claims to be pet friendly however constantly complains to any pet owners of noise, from the simplest things an animal can do such as walk or go up the stairs. Even when the animal has a letter stating that it is an emotional companion animal (dog). Management doesnt care to better the complex what so ever and will allow harassment to go un noticed or recognized from neighbors but have no problem slapping a notice on the door for noise that happens BEFORE quite time. They were just exterminated for bed bugs the week of Oct 25. And have a moth problem in our upstairs and our neighbors apartment that has been addressed and never handled. Our dish washer has never worked and we have lived here for 7 months. Our maintenance man is the only person who seems to genuinely like and care about his job and the people who live here. & even he doesnt agree with how things are run. Lastly, the gated community they advertise is almost always open all hours of the night and our cars have been broken into twice in the short time we have been here. I would not recommend this place if you have kids, or animals.
