Amazing Treatment

This place is a joke, they go through counselors like candy. Management has no idea what's going on. They had 5 different UA companies while I was there and actually had our urine in waiting for over a month to be tested then they changed UA companies. Counselors tell you to be honest but when you are they use it against you. For 7 months they didn't have a female counselor present to watch the women do their UAs. Everyone who is forced to be there goes out Thursday night after class, it's a joke. The counselors are condescending and everything there is a joke! 10/10 do not recommend

Just getting started on my journey and SO FAR am impressed with the relaxed atmosphere and warm welcome by Jo at the Monmouth facility. Ill update again when Ive experienced my success Im sure to find here. I love the serine music and spiritual (not religious) vibe I get at this location with Jo. Im feeling encouraged.

I have a Grand daughter that has went here for her severe pill addiction her entire family myself included have tried everything to get her clean and nothing has worked . We went from facility to facility and never got any real help all they ever did was give her paper work to fill out and maybe talk to someone every once in a while . Since she went to this place she has been able to stay clean for over a 8 months (we know because her mother still gives her random drug tests) . She said that it was the first place where she went that she felt like everyone there genuinely cared about her and really talked to her like a person . I've never had any problems myself but after seeing my granddaughter the way she was for as many years as she was . It's Truly a miracle that she was able to get and stay clean . I don't ever write these things but I had to say from the bottom of mine and my families heart we thank everyone who works at this place . Thank You
