Trying to just get a bid from these guys was like pulling teeth. Then i heard nothing even after telling them I wanted to accept their bid! You have to constantly hunt these guys downabsolutely no follow up! I signed a $23K+ contract with them to do backyard retaining walls and hot tub corner. The contracts date of work came and wentwith ZERO communication!! I am the one who had to reach out to them (again!) to ask where they were. Only THEN did they offer to bring a team the next morning. Go elsewhere!! These guys are not dependable or trustworthy. I got my deposit back and am finding a different company to do the work Services: Concrete work, Retaining walls

Contract signed/work began late March. Multiple communication issues. Promises made but not kept. Part of the completed work is beautiful. Unfortunately, this has been stressful. Many avoidable issues. Job is still incomplete. means I would never recommend this company. If they ever finish the job, I will provide an update on this review. I plan to file a complaint with all the necessary parties to attempt to resolve this.
