      image Neil Company manages our rentals. They are very diligent in making sure our buildings and grounds are in good condition. Their cost for managing and maintenance are very fair and their communication is excellent!

      image Poor managed staff rude arrogant and ignorant. Tried to save them from getting a fine during extreme fire danger and they pretty much told me to screw off. Very Unprofessional. Called asked to speak to an owner or management been 2 weeks no call back really sad.

      While we do appreciate your concern, please know we take extra precaution around fire season. Our maintenance department regularly checks with local fire departments before preforming ground maintenance.
