Kathy is so energetic and very efficient. She took all the stress out of selling dad's home as he is living with us out of state. Loved how she was always willing to check on things at the house in our absence. She made it seem so easy from the prep work through the final documents and would absolutely work with her again.

Kathy is AMAZING! We began working with Kathy back in 2020 when searching for a rental property. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we had to back out of that sale. Kathy was gracious and understanding about our predicament so when it came time to search for our dream home in 2022, we knew Kathy was the agent for us. She was patient and really listened to what we were (and weren't) looking for. After several long months of looking, we found our forever home!
