Working for Rise is the most fulfilling career I've ever had! I couldn't be happier helping people in our community achieve their goals and dreams! Rise helps so many people in need of social interaction by providing a ton of community events for their clients to attend, and meet new people and make friends in the community. Rise is also an excellent place to work for new mothers trying to balance work back into their lives. Rise allows you to choose a schedule that works the best for you and the client, and gives everyone the opportunity they deserve! Rise works hard to ensure all of their clients are taken care of by giving them the proper help and time they need! This company, the clients and the staff are all truly amazing!

Awesome place to work, I took a$ 1.50 hr cut in pay to work with direct management that actually cares about their peeps! My direct PD was awesome at my other place I worked but the office staff never listened or seemed to care about thier DSPs! Since working with Rise my management team are a great support to me, with that I am able to be the awesome dsp for my individuals that I care for knowing my management team cares for me.
