I just wanted copies from my email which in entire email showed 4 different payments for 2 days at an event. I just asked for 4 pages of email and somewhere along it became confusing as agent stated I wanted 20 copies? After going back and fourth I again stated I wanted 4 copies of Friday night and four copies of Saturday night, the agent again said 20 copies! I said I'm sorry I do not understand to which the guy replied = I don't know why you don't understand. Ok at this point in my best whisper voice I asked for 4 copies as the line now grew to 4 other people.
This guy was extremely rude, not friendly at all and I never experienced this at your location.
I absolutely love your services..
