Dr Garg was great. The office personnel not so much. Dr Garg is gone now. By the reviews I can see that people agree with me about this office. I will go out of town before I will deal with them again. Apparently need an office manager and overhaul.

Had an appointment here, but my doctor Dr. Garg isn't there anymore. He was good. Some other dr, he treated me like I'm retarded.. I was waiting for them to come schedule my next procedure a long time and needed the restroom.. I stepped out the room I was waiting in to ask where the restroom is.. The medical assistant got so angry and Pointed down the hall but like so mad. But then she was following me sounding angry talking rudely. I Left after using the rest room and guess I will go without my procedure. No one ever called me about it. I need the procedure to remove my polyps again though. :(

I was referred to this office in October of 2022 after 3 months of persistent stomach pains and a CT scan that was inconclusive. The front desk and MA who I spoke with on my visit were very nice, however the PA, Shaun, was dismissive and spent less than 5 minutes in the room with me. After reviewing the notes from my CT scan and asking me maybe 5 questions, he told me that I "could be having muscle spasms" and that there wasn't really any GI involvement so there wasn't anything to do for me. Fast forward to March of 2023 and I am still having persistent stomach pains that are so bad I am woken up at night and had to miss several days of work. My primary care provider ordered another CT with results that were almost identical to the one taken 6 months earlier and a new referral to a specialist in Eugene. After consulting with them, I had an upper endoscopy that was scheduled within a week and come to find out I have an ulcer AND persistent gastritis. Both of which happen to be GI involved. I am both relieved to FINALLY know what has been causing me issues for almost a year at this point, but also angry that I was dismissed by the provider I saw in October who couldn't be bothered to investigate and listen to what I was saying. TLDR: If you are looking for a provider who will listen to you, the patient, it's better to take the time and drive the miles to River Bend in Springfield. It could save you 6 months of unnecessary pain and suffering.

Dr.Atla doesn't care about his patients concerns and takes it upon himself to decide what disease you "may or may not have" as he described it it's just sad man I'm not mad I'm just trying to get a decent looked at and not just hustled through, we are paying for services that are have stands THAT should be met but unfortunately aren't ....
