Absolutely not worth the $$$ I paid cash for what RAC refers to as a high idle items. A used couch with loveseat entertainment center and 55 inch Nothing came with any manual or anything. No paperwork. When my furniture was delivered the guys broke the couches, they neglected to install the insert in my entertainment center. And there's a pungent odor of animal spray on the loveseat I'm unable to steam out using a shark vac and resolve urine spray for furniture. I was told the guys would fix the broken items plus install the insert on Monday. That was yesterday. I never got a call or anything. So this afternoon I spoke to the manager and he has no substantial excuse for the lack of customer service and negligence of all the staff who sold me the items. I'll never go back to this place. Ensure that's it's delivered is past tense. You have failed miserable at basic customer service... I have notified my bank to refund my $$ what a joke your establishment is... I read the previous reviews & I'm not the only one that got less than adequate service...

If I could leave a 0 I would 2 employees whom which I do not know their names under the management of Alan came to my house with the items I had requested started to bring them in and just leave them in the middle of my living room. When asked to have my stuff set up I was told they were just dropping it off and refused to set it up. Then I spoke to Alan and he hung up on me and told his employees to leave my dresser and bed frame in my driveway. When I said that they could not do that I was told yea we can you had already signed the paper. The paper they had me sign was a signature stating they had successfully delivered and set up the products in my home. They had me sign this before the back of the truck had even been opened. Had I known what I was signing I would have waited until they had fully completed the job they were hired to do. Absolutely horrible service. I also asked Alan to speak to his supervisor and was denied. I will be following up with this until something is done and the people who refused to do their job are held accountable. Worst customer service and pure laziness!!!!
