I can't say enough wonderful things about Floors By Design. It was such a positive experience from start to finish. Michael, the estimator, was informative, efficient, and had great communication. It's important to feel comfortable when you hire a company to do work inside your home and the crew with Floors By Design did just that. James, Stephan, and Justin (the flooring technicians) were friendly, respectful, presentable, and clean. They were very hard workers. This is the best flooring company in Douglas County and I highly recommend them to everyone. The flooring looks beautiful and our home now looks like something out of a magazine. Thank you!

We highly recommend Floors By Design. Don't waste your time with any other flooring company in Douglas County. From getting our initial estimate to paying our bill after completion of the job, our experience was great. The estimate was spot on and they completed the job on time. Every employee that we worked with from this company was friendly, hardworking, and had a clean appearance. I can't say enough about their excellent customer service. We chose luxury vinyl flooring and we're very happy with it, it looks beautiful. Our house looks brand new. Thank you to this wonderful company.

We really love our new Smart Strand carpet by Mohawk. The installers were so very respectful and kind. They really knew what they were doing and very good.We couldn't be happier with what they accomplished. We also purchased the new soniclean vacuum to take care of it properly. THANK YOU GUYS!
