        All the staff I have dealt with is wonderful, kind and helpful! But they are severally and chronically understaffed. It has been about a year now that we have been with them, the first six months they didn't have a hygienist and now they are without a dentist. They try to bring in traveling temporary people - but it is a struggle to get our appointments made, and then as often as not they have to be cancelled due to lack of staffing. The office staff is so fantastic! I don't know why they can't keep staff - but it does make it tricky for everyone. Edit - it has been a few months. I continue to be unable to get appointments for my family. I have emailed and left messages and do not get a response back. Signage in front of the building says that there is office space for rent... has Aspen closed?

        They canceled my appointment twice. The first time they called the day before my appointment because they booked me on a day they didnt even have a dentist in the office. So I waited another 9 days for my appointment and they called less than two hours before I was supposed to be there to cancel because the dentist didnt want to see a new patient today. Im so beyond disappointed with them. Do not recommend.

        I just needed a denture repair, but they wanted to be sure everything was okay in my mouth, so they took x-rays and had the dentist look, just to be sure. No charge. Very friendly and knowledgeable people. They treated me like I mattered. The dental assistant did a very good temporary repair to hold me until next week when they can do the full job. I was very impressed with the people and the experience. Definitely 5 stars!
