He responded to all our emails, texts and requests very promptly, and was extremely patient with our numerous questions too. Brian was also reassuring and positive during a complicated out of state purchase process. We found his videos to be very informative as well, especially if you are new to the area. I am so glad we put our trust in him, and are delighted with our new home.
