I received a call from my insurance company that I had two lockouts on my vehicle two days in a row. I had no knowledge of this transaction. They sent me the invoices from Mast brothers. I called and talked to Becky. I inquired about the charges and asked why I was being charged. She said the driver of the provider my insurance card. I asked why their driver didn't use the key on fob which the driver had but the automatic didn't work. She went on the say that I was stupid for lending the driver the vehicle and leaving my insurance card in the vehicle.

Today my 5th wheel was moved from Winchester Bay and the driver was excellent, extremely helpful and definitely drove great! Couldn't have been happier with the move, price was right for the job! Good job Mast Bros!

In my opinion, they shouldn't hang signs in their business that they don't plan to follow themselves. There is a list of items that you can legally get back from your vehicle that they have posted next to the desk. I had a hard time getting my credit and debit cards and state ID card back after my accident and I had all my paperwork showing ownership of the vehicle on me. After they kicked my husband off the property when he called the police on them, they locked the door with me still inside. I just got out of a 3 day stay at the hospital (broken hip from the accident) and was still medicated. I had other belongings in the car that could be used to steal my identity and banking info that they refused to return to me. Very poor business ethic. I would rate less stars if I could.
