        BJ the store manager was a life saver today for my husband and I. We were in town, we live 30 minutes outside of Redmond, when the front driver side wheel started making not good sounds. Point S was the closet tire repair shop. BJ went out stood by the car listening as my husband moved the car forward slowly. BJ could hear the sound and thought maybe we had a rock stuck in the rotor. Bj decided to check the lug nuts too. Turned out 4 of the 5 lug nuts were very loose. BJ tightened them up and voila problem fixed. Anyone that has been to any tire store/shop knows how busy they are, BJ took the time to help us, we offered to pay something but he declined. I do want to note the lug nuts came loose on their own, there was no fault on any tire dealership. Thank you BJ, you did possibly save our lives today.
