Worst place ever lived in. Cheap build, thin walls, terrible property management. They let their kids live as well as store their things in unoccupied units until new tenets move in. You will never get responses from management for anything. Any maintenance requests, youll have no response, just a guy showing up at 8am to fix the problem. They should have HOA for how much they complain and try to control the grounds. For $2100, you are getting absolutely robbed. LAURA, is the property manager but travels and will most likely never get back to you. Soon move out we left the place better than arrival (the place was terrible), yet they still took almost $600 of our deposit. For a small town community, these people treat you as if you were at a resort. Stay far away unless you like burning money, and energy on terrible staff. They are lucky you cannot give - stars.

Building materials are cheap, design makes no sense. The living space is... poorly planned. The cabinets are too shallow for our plates and the pantry is so deep that you will lose items easily. The electrical is shotty in one of our rooms, can't even run a gaming PC and TV on the same circuit. When complaining about this I was told to buy a tool to test the circuits or get a power bank. So I'm supposed to buy something to prove that their facility is faulty without any attempts at troubleshooting. The cabinet doors constantly fall off and any work orders we have put in have been ignored. Don't waste your time. I'm moving as soon as I find a place I can afford.

Nice new apartment complex, with spacious bedrooms. The neighborhood seems nice enough and it's conveniently located. The property management team has been nothing but professional and a pleasure to work with.

Dealing with Jean-Marie Kapp is frustrating to say the least, corners cut at every turn in and around these townhomes
