      image Just had one of the worst customer service experiences with trying to get ahold of the Redmond Oregon branch with someone named Colleen. She screamed at me that she couldnt hear me and when I asked for her name again was extremely snarky and spelled out her name taunting me.
      Really great bank. Hope they can give some extra customer service training to some of their call center employees.

      image Account protection is a joke. Leaving my family in extreme financial hardship. Loan officers need to have better working knowledge of how the process functions.
